Gargoyle

I noticed these yesterday when I walked by the circuit court for the photo of George Washington. I had my wide-angle lens so wasn't able to get a good shot. Today I went with my telephoto.

The rain is relentless. I was able to get this shot during a break. There's even blue sky! But it didn't last. A thunderstorm came at night. I am so tired of this. Seriously, it's driving me crazy.
