A Day Worth Recording

By Cheeseminer

Blue Wales

(Here begins a bit of backblipping... )

The start of our first 'family holiday' for seven years.  We had thought family holidays were pretty much over after the Cheeseminors scattered off to universities, jobs, and such.  Last year, we found that they had been reminiscing about the family holidays, typically on some quiet and often rugged UK coast, and lamenting their passing.  So we thought why not have another.

Thus we arrive in north Wales, an area periodically visited when I was about ten, but hardly since.  They seem to have built roads since; which was nice.

Settled into the cottage and meandered down to the expansive (and empty) beach.  S, the hardy one when it comes to water, went in for a swim.

Weather's not so bad, either.
