The Sun Is To The Right

It was hot again, not as hot as it was in France, but really, really hot.

I had a good day - solving problems on the telephone and researching a really tricky program I have to write.  

And then.  

The phone rang at 3 this afternoon.  Just about the time I was getting ready to stop.  Oh.  Not a phone call.  A telephone conference....

Some programs had been deleted but were still needed, I was told.  This was causing major problems, how can I rescue the situation?

It's Friday afternoon.  It's been a long week.   It wasn't my problem.  But I did know what to do.  And what did I do?  I helped.  Ok it took over an hour but things had to be discussed that really weren't a part of the problem...  I'm all for making life easier for people.
