Thurso

Lovely sunny drive up th A9 to North Kessock near Imverness where we had a delightful blipmeet with Houseonahill6 and her husband. We mer for a delicious lunch at the White Cottage and it was lovely to catch up with them again.

Then it was back on the A9 for us and all the way up to Thurso where we are spending the night in a B & B. This is the beach there at about 6 pm and there were people in the sea swimming and paddle boarding in the glorious hot sunshine. In the North Sea!!!

A very nice meal at the Pavilion right on the promenade, then a gentle stroll before bed. Looking forward to tomorrow!
