Too hot for us to go far or do much, MrQ really felt it.

Ollie dog and I amused ourselves shooting macro down the field. I shot my first ringlet butterfly of the season. I read the other day that they're also known as wood nymphs. They're predominantly brown but today I noticed that they have iridescent pink, green and blue hairs on the area between the head and thorax. (Extras)

I shot the blue-tailed damselfly this evening.
