Rehydrating

After yesterdays excitement , which was topped off by a three hour journey (of c50 miles) home thanks to an accident on the M3, today was catching up with chores pre holiday next week. Mostly this consisted of rehydrating lots of things, including me.

Lots of bending and serpentines in my riding lesson. Harder than it sounds, trust me.
