BUTTERFLY

Despite it being a Sunday we had a lazy start at home with breakfast in the garden....porched egg on avocado toast with crispy bacon...yummy!!
Then we (O came too) went to the hospital for
#The Revs annual butterfly service to remember the loss of babies and children. It’s a poignant and powerful but also seems to offer calm and support to the grieving families.
#this is the collage we made with the names that were dedicated last year
#these are some of the 70 new butterflies ready to be named and placed on the tree before each family lights a candle.
Afterwards The Rev and I went to an informal service I have been before and love it but The Rev hadn’t and he enjoyed it too.

The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough.
