Canada Day

MM theme: Patriotism  
Today is Canada Day and we went to town to take in some of the celebrations. This is our MP Elizabeth May and our MLA Adam Olsen, both from the Green Party, cutting the "birthday" cake. Although I still think of Scotland as home, Canada is home too, and I'm pleased to be a Canadian citizen.  We're so lucky to live in this country.
Great weather for the celebrations, plenty of adults and kids enjoying the events, good music, lots of food, many classic cars on display. A good day.
