Late Tate

A dreich day that was perfect for lounging around at home. However, we did venture to Crystal Palace to pick up Fred's bicycle from the bike hospital and some dried dandelion leaves from Sainsbury's for the guineas. In the evening, we headed to the Tate Modern to see A Bigger Splash. The Tate holds late nights on Fridays and Saturdays and they're perfect for seeing exhibitions. We arrived around 8.30 and there were hardly any other viewers. The exhibition - how photographs and film have shaped art since the second world war - was interesting. I wouldn't go to see it again since the art wasn't particularly pretty or inspiring. The Edward Krasinski and Lucy McKenzie rooms were most fascinating for me.
