Shady Ladies

On my way to the gym l spied these poppies and luckily found somewhere nearby to park the car and all the short way to look at them.
Most were in bright sunshine which made photographing them impossible but l saw this cluster under the shade of an old oak, so that’s my Blip.
More dead heading to be done in the garden and the grass needs cutting but l can feel the lure of Wimbledon on TV .
l might just be swayed to watch tennis as l wait in for a furniture delivery from John Lewis.
My slot for delivery is between 2:00 to 4:00pm just long enough to watch a match.
Just deciding if we should go to the cinema tonight to see Yesterday.
Anyone seen it yet?
