A rare visitor

It is a long time since I saw a thrush in the garden or anywhere in fact.  They seem to have become much rarer.  I finished off some jobs is the garden before going to the doctors for some travel jabs.  I had the tetanus and hepatitis A vaccinations but decided to wait till September for the typhoid one. I shall probably not bother with the inoculations for Japanese encephalitis and rabies or take malaria tablets but just take the necessary precautions.
