A plan to swim this morning fell through so it was on the bus to 'Out of the Blue' for festival Volunteer training. Felt like a long day and if give it 5/20 for content and organisation.

Bus was diverted on the way home because of an RTA in S Bridge.

Got home and then up to IKEA, by car. Haven't been there for ages. I see they are advertising fika, bit a blip want possible from the car. Then Sainsbury's, then home.

I am being hassled and harassed and it makes me what to be bad, I won't.
