Day 187/19. Winchester Hat Fair in the sun

The Winchester Hat Fair is the UK’s longest running festival of outdoor arts. Founded in 1974 by Jonathan Kay, The Hat Fair includes street performers in many of the public spaces within the city of Winchester.
Initially conceived as a busking festival, Hat Fair takes its name from the tradition of the audience showing their appreciation by putting money in the hat at the end of the show.
Brilliant fun today in the sun and a great charity money raising event.
I blagged my way into a first floor shop window for this shot.
