Yorkshire Puddings

We always think of our kitchen as a one person room. Typically just one of us will take on the roll of cooking at any one time.

but on this occasion L created these Yorkshire Puddings (mine never turn out right!). They were absolutely delicious; light, fluffy with just the right amount of crunch in parts. I think we ought to collaborate more and break this myth that only one of us can cook in the kitchen at any one time.
