River of Flowers

Tuesday: Half Moon

[Today’s Blip has been heavily processed]
Weather cloudy and warm, perfect again for gardening.
Emptied the last tub of early potatoes and there were enough for dinner, very tasty.
Used the tub to transplant some lettuce which were “growing salad” from the supermarket - they’ve made nice plants. Sowed seeds of mixed salad leaves, chicory and radish between the lettuce plants and covered the whole with net curtain held in place with sturdy elastic.
Mrs Blackbird was very busy in the potato compost, I’d left it in the sunshine for a while.
Planted a few geraniums in the fuchsia garden and gave it a good watering, so dry we need rain ...
Watched a BBC programme about Frank Lloyd Wright, there’d been an interview on BBC Radio Cymru this morning and it’s well worth watching!
Goodnight all x
