... For last night's cat 4 race round Goodwood.

50 mins + 1 lap.

Average speed 25 mph... Brutal and the limit of how fast I can go. Managed to finish in the pack this week so small step up from last race.
The last half lap is just so fast being 53 and 13st makes it super hard but gave it full welly. Still feel a bit whacked today

I would outpace most weekend riders... And I'm at the rear of a cat 4 race ... Gives some glimpse how good le tour riders are!!
