The plasterer cometh

It was on a Wednesday morning that the plasterer came to call, etc etc. It's been a while since the leak from our upstairs neighbour did some minor damage to a couple of ceiling sections. Insurers, surveyors, quotes, interspersed with long silences until a sudden outburst of activity in the upstairs flat last week. Once they'd fixed that up they finally came down to do our ceilings.

It'll be on Friday morning that the painter comes to call.
