Thorney Bay, Canvey, Essex

Not an eventful day except for the fact that I cancelled my volunteering work as I didn't want to cough all over people. It was half way through the afternoon when I realised I was hardly coughing at all! This photo is so very Canvey as far as I'm concerned.... there's nothing pretty about it but it has a certain appeal... well, it does to me :)
