Selby Abbey

Well, it’s almost all of Selby really, but as Ann has always pointed out, it’s difficult to get good photos when they are flying past at 100 miles an hour.
In this case, I wasn’t flying the aeroplane, having flown down to Skegness earlier for coffee and (no) cake.
The airport was ‘unattended’ but open, so after parking next to the resident Lightning, we had to walk to the reception in the neighbouring water/caravan park to pay our landing fees!
Once again I was reminded how hard it is to see an airport with grass runways in the middle of the countryside.
