Bit of a Cheat

This is not actually my photo, but my daughter sent it to me and gave me permission to blip it!

These are some of the roses growing over an arch by her front door (se Extra for wider view)  Aren't they magnificent?  We only have a couple of roses in this garden, but nothing as abundant as this.  She said the secret is to ignore them!!

We had our promised deluges this afternoon and it was as it someone was power washing the roof!  Lots of moss has come down and one drainpipe is possibly blocked, so will need further investigation, but it all dried up again fairly quickly .  Still a bit muggy so there may be more to come tomorrow.
