preparing for tomorrow

Here is a snippet from the polaroid display for tomorrow. There are 24 snaps all showing details of my family life over the years. These 4 are my husband’s Land Rover: Modern Art Book and paints: LP cover of TRex album: ingredients for pancake making. The other 20 snaps are in a similar vein - little aspects of what make my family tick - mounted on a black canvas board. At the bottom there are 2 panels outlining the history of instant photography. Hanging by the side will be 2 vintage polaroid cameras (bought at car boot sale in Greystones for 10 euros a few years ago) which viewers can handle and examine. See extra.

There are 2 other pieces of work - one a large portrait and the other comprised of 6 framed photos entitled The Sewing Room.

Each exhibitor has 11 feet by 7 feet space for their work and I believe there are 20 other exhibitors.

Double sided sticky tape is the best thing since sliced bread - just sayin’
