That’s what bees like!

The lime trees are in flower! We have an avenue of ten or so full grown trees and the bees don’t have far to fly to fill up with the delicious nectar. The pollen they bring home is a very distinctive bright green colour, and because it is such a massive stimulus to them they bring in just the single crop while it lasts. The honey is the palest of green too and absolutely delicious and fragrant.
Can’t wait to harvest it!
