Moo

Silly Saturday - A 15 foot tall inflatable cow greeted people as they entered the oldest county fair (USA) west of the Mississippi - started in 1863 - Twenty-six years before Washington became a state.

The first collage is the barrel races and the second collage is a two horses and some riders. The third collage is some of the arts and crafts (including a man spinning yarn). The fourth collage is some of the critters.

The last collage is everything else. Every fair has to have square dancing and an accordion. Then you have a motorcycle stunt rider (he was 20 feet in the air), an old fashioned chain saw, a tractor and lunch that was southern bbq nachos with chips, cheese, bbq pork, and a second plate (not shown) of onions and peppers. Dessert was taken home - the local traditional raspberry scone.

A very fine day at the fair...
