Relaxing

Being away over the last couple of weeks has meant I haven't been able to bake so I've been making up for it. Yesterday I made a loaf and today focaccia. In the foreground is a traditional rosemary focaccia (focaccia al rosmarino) and behind it is a variation on a "potato pizza" or focaccia with potato. Mine includes potato, red onion and mature cheddar. I should be marking but baking is good for my soul so I've been baking and reading.
