Le Grand Tour de Bretagne - Jour 11

Concarneau, Brittany

Temperatures keep on rising, 27 degrees and no end to those blue skies, not that I’m complaining!

First stop of the day: Crozon market to pick up veggies for supper, and where the little boy was as amazed by the crabs as I was (extra no 1)

Second stop of the day: the fishing port of Douarnenez, and a great waterside spot for a glass of chilled rosé (extras no 2 & 3)

Third stop of the day: Quimper, where plans went astray. The campsite where we’d plan to visit was dire so after a quick visit to the city (extra no4), we moved on to...

Fourth stop of the day: Concarneau, our alternative camp for the night. Where the reflections of the Ville Close were stunning, and where we watched the sun go down... (extra no5)
