Street Corn

The menu listed it as "Street Corn". We weren't sure it would live up to its billing, but we were happily surprised by the texture and taste. It is not easy to do authentic Mexican in the United States. Fortunately, we think we have found a place (and a chain restaurant no less) that can do justice to the food with which we are accustomed. It is a fortuitous find as National Tequila Day is almost upon us and now we have a location where we can celebrate in style.
