Happy Valley Pride

We had a pleasant afternoon in Hebden Bridge and dining outside in the sunshine in St George's Square listening to the music.

Monday sees the start of the week-long "Happy Valley Pride" and lots of shops had colourful displays in pride colours. The blip is the frontage of the Hebden Bridge Arts Centre.

In the afternoon I made a snap decision to enter the Brighouse 10k as part of the local running festival. I dashed over to the race HQ at 5:30 pm to register and returned just over an hour later for the race which I completed in 52 mins 42 secs.
