Prestatyn Beach

TUESDAY - Day off work

I started the day with a 6 km run up to Norland Moor and back. Took it easy at first as the uphill bits involved running into the headwind but picked up speed and managed a decent time on some of the middle segments.

After preparing food and loading up the car we headed off to North Wales to catch up with visits to a number of relatives who, due to the lockdown, we have not seen since Christmas. As it's still against the [Welsh]  rules to meet indoors we had afternoon tea outside in the garden - see extra.

Before heading home I went down to the beach at Prestatyn to take this shot.

Home for 10 pm. A late dinner and bed.
