New boots debut

Leo enjoyed the last footie tournament of the season. The new swish boots had a run out - verdict is out on whether they are lucky or not. Tournament rules mean all goal kicks are underarm throwouts so they didn’t get much action. He did manage to run and throw himself about in them ok, though.

First league game of the season will be in September so they’ll get a true test then. We are still waiting to hear if the team has been promoted to their first division - we kind of hope not as the teams in league 2 are a much nicer bunch.
