There are so many ex pubs around I could do a series...
There’s a Waitrose just a few doors down fr9m here and I paid a rare visit to get more choice. Quite refreshing to see well stocked shelves after the Co-op’s grubby empty shelves!
The sun was still shining when I came out but as I walked towards the road I thought somebody had chucked a bucket of water over me. No; it was rain. Unbelievably heavy rain! Thank goodness it only lasted a couple of minutes because I was soaked. It must have been well over half an hour ago and my hair is still dripping.
