Cooling-Off Period

After yesterday’s excessive heat, it’s good to see the temperature starting to go down again. I think the reading of 26 degrees is probably an overestimate, as this garden thermometer gets the morning sun directly on it and doesn’t really give an accurate reading until later in the day. Anyway, the cooler and fresher air is very welcome.
