Quod oculus meus videt

Scavengers

I was idly waiting for the store to open the morning when I spied these two juvenile seagulls looking for food on the car park.  It made me realise that despite being as far away from the coast line as it is possible to be in the UK, seagulls have become part of the commonly seen birds in this area.  We do have a large refuse tip nearby, but I also remember yesterday seeing dozens of them on the ground at our local cricket pitch.

It rained most of the day, so I spent the morning working for Blipfoto on a few administrative tasks, before a general tidy up and relaxation.
