Creek Trail

Our last day wouldn’t be the same without a stop at Skinners brewery in Truro for Mr C to pick up some of his favourite Betty Stoggs and a new beer called Sennen. From there we drove all around the creeks to eventually reach Mylor Bridge to pick up some uncooked, frozen pasties to bring home.

This was our first stop near Feock where there are some wonderful big houses overlooking the creeks. On to Mylor, we bought our pasties and put in a cool bag and returned to the car before a stroll down to the waters edge to sit on a bench in the gloriously warm sunshine and enjoy watching the little fish and crabs in the water.

Mr C is an avid fan of Oddballs, a company that produces extremely bright and loud underwear (yes we both have some), socks and also shorts and t shirts that Mr C has a few pairs of and delights in wearing them first thing in the morning when he is on holiday , much to the amusement of whoever we are away with (mum has been in fits of giggles several times this week.... well he’s not your kind of 6pack man ;-D)). The company highlights and supports men’s testicular cancer. Which comes to the extra... returning back to the car in Mylor , this car was parked 2 cars away from us. As you can see Mr C was delighted ;-))
