Rare sighting

This is very rare indeed, that we see our precious Gem asleep, not since she was a tiny baby,  these days she never likes to sleep away from home, Mummy sent me this pic from her phone this evening.
Just an hour before we received the picture Ruby had made a FaceTime call to my phone telling us all about her upcoming assembly, and would we be there? (it was already in our diary) She gave us a preview of what she will be doing,  she will be speaking in Chinese. Ruby & Deklan have a different language to learn as part of their school curriculum, Ruby is also singing a nursery rhyme song, Brother John (Frere Jacques) which she has just learnt in French, of course she had to show us a dance routine as well, there was little sign of her falling to sleep any time soon!
Sweet dreams little Gem we shall see you Wednesday, we had our instructions to get there at 1.30 "so we get a good seat" would we dare to be late??
