Wildflower walk

Mabel and I headed over to Croftamie this afternoon to walk along the cycle track. The edges were quite overgrown, but I managed to find several different types of wildflower.

Another reason for going in that direction was to return the book about the Scottish islands that friend Laurie lent me before we went to Gigha, but nobody was home, so I left it behind their storm door.

We returned home just in time to bring in the washing before the rain started. It was just a short shower - none of the thunderstorms forecast - and it's still warm and muggy.
