Against the grain

Perhaps it’s a bit unusual to expect others to view my intent of going against the grain as courageous. Nonetheless, I trust standing up for my belief that community is an extension of family & friends to be an admirable endeavor. Helping to reduce barriers & disparities when accessing local services (specifically healthcare related) - especially for any disenfranchised minorities AND underserved populations with limited literacy skills or disability is a noble pursuit & worth spending the energy to encourage anyone to try their hand at. Reach out to someone in need who lives nearby. Lend a hand... somehow... in some way. You’ll regret nothing. Go against the grain.
