Essence

I started with an ikat print fabric I have at home and decided to try to abstract it down to its essence.  This was the result.  Another lazy day today, did laundry, did dishes, watched reruns on Netflix.  Not sure why I feel so lethargic (could be today's hot temperatures) but it's not unpleasant, except insofar as I get nothing done.  Maybe tomorrow will be the day I perk up - it's supposed to be about 8 degrees cooler, with perhaps some rain.
