Balmoral

HRH is already in Scotland and arriving soon in Balmoral but we snuck in a visit before she turned up lol!

We wandered the beautiful gardens, admired the turrets and ate our picnic by the Dee.

After lunch we then explored the curious gorge within Burn O Vat Nature Reserve as we looked for signs of wildlife.

It was a quick turnaround at the cottage. Surprisingly, Guides included, we all enjoyed haggis, nips & tatties for dinner before we were out again in Braemar for some Scottish dancing which was loads of fun and caused much laughter. It’s turning out to be a really fun week.
