Lost in the virtual rough?

This chap seems to have missed the virtual fairway by 50 yards*....  

That bollard he's resting on looks a tad uncomfortable too.  

*Note the reference to imperial measurements rather than metric.  I fear that if that Mogg-idiot gets his way we will be seeing rather more of that sort of thing.
