Emotions..

..are sometimes good, sometimes bad.

The morning we were already late as planned to ski 2-3 hours before packing our car to head back home. Managed to do only one and half hours e.g. two laps of the lift served pow. With a nice hangover of course but luckily still manageable.

After cleaning the hut, packing our car and having a dinner we started our journey back home. On our way we took a little longer route to visit at the grave of our dear friend that passed a way approx. half a year ago. The black day blip with the link to Denali news..

We lighted a candle for him, had a quiet moment, and dropped few tears. All of us. And it was not because of the hangover. Funny thing how you can same time feel really sad, but still somehow happy. I guess it's because the healing process and part of that was to share memories of him with each others during the rest of the drive. Luckily the memories are forever.
