My grandson had been wanting to play in the garden earlier but he hadn't been able to, because next door's workmen required access and had removed a fence panel and wedged the gate open. 

But after the workmen had gone I took Joshua out in the garden and we had fun for an hour, before he ran out of steam and lay down with the iPad.
