Wind-blown quiff

Couldn't resist blipping this Collared Dove with his ruffled feathers ...... the wind had created him a quiff ..... though on the back of his head instead of above the brow! Do birds even have a brow? Now there's a question!

Not much choice for a blip today .... nothing much was staying still in the wind!
