Wet , wet and more wet

Rained.. as I think it did all over the country today. What happened to summer?
 Managed to get out in a slight lull from the rain  but still windy. Walked Fletch by Channel side.. The tide was out so everything just looked muddy and not very picturesque. 
But as I walked past the old dock these  plants caught my eye, growing right  on the edge, clinging on for grim death. A bit of colour on a grey day.
Tesco shop then home.  Oh the excitement.
