Sunday debut

I love the way a sunflower unfolds its petals bit by bit, instead of all at once. It seems to be doing "the wave" where each section of the stadium stands up in sequence. And the flowering parts in the middle disc also mature in a wave from one side of the flower to the other.
It's like watching a slow motion video to see what really goes on in nature.
