Day seven: Panaji in Goa

Long drive to avoid getting up for the 0645 train, then flight from Bengaluru to Goa. Bit tired but very excited by the heat and prospect of fish curry.

In the end, we neither went with traditional coconut curry for the first meal: for her, the stuffed crab; for him, the guisado pomfret. Both fab, natch. Saving the true glory for a sunny lunch. Mmmm.

It's still Christmas here in Goa. Restaurant music reinforces, as does life-size nativity in front of Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. As shown herewith.
