Day eight: Panaji

Much Goan fun is being had. Low-key fun - wandering hither, eating thither, etc - but fun nonetheless. Lovely kingfish curry, by the way.

Apart though from buying many shawls and scarfs, I did manage to find a bike shop. And what a bike shop. And - can't over-emphasise this - what a saddle! It is the "Hercules" model and I can well imagine the man himself wearying his mighty buttocks on the plastic seat.

It's weighing down my hold luggage as I type.
