Car Annual

I know it's August when I get to take my annual Car-at-the-Frankfurter photo.

Poor Dd is slogging her guts out in standards at her school way below health and safety standards. The building she is training in is being closed down around them. The air con and water coolers are gone, there is nowhere for her to sit and work in private with her co-tutor. Students are leaving the small classrooms because of the heat, trainees are near fainting when they are teaching and Dd can hardly focus on writing her live feedback in their classes for sweat streaming into her eyes and her pen slipping in her fingers. Really shocking!

The trainees are unhappy and take it out on the trainers and not the school admin. Poor thing is very unhappy and dreads going in for her 12-hour, every-minute-occupied work shifts.
