A dry day - so obviously went over to make sure the boat hadn’t sunk and then did some gardening.
And having a curious empty feeling (festival withdrawals) I thought let’s go and see this Loki character. I’d bought his book for young H and he’d enjoyed it, and the guy himself had recently been on David Wilson’s Crime Files where he was very impressive.
Let’s just say the show still needs brushing up. A work in progress. Some good stuff in there, but a bit of an ill-focussed mess. Then again, I speak as a fully paid up ABC1, so maybe I just want a bit more nuance. As he says, it’s complicated!
