Just Visiting!

This is Wormwood Scrubs. I was just visiting an inmate....of the hospital next door. John has had the heart ablation procedure today. He was first on the list after the delay from last week and, apparently, it went very well.

I dropped him off at Hammersmith very early this morning and then headed off into London for a bit of walkabout in the City. I had a text from John soon after 1pm to say he was back from the surgery. I left it a few hours for him to have some sleep before calling back to visit. A posed patient in the extras modelling the latest in hospital fashion. I return in the morning to take him home.

We're both very glad it's all over. Now for the recovery.
