Referred

Clinic day again and I've had good news, I've now been referred back to my local hospital as everything has gone well.  The doctor was amazed when we talked about my medication, as I'm on so little compared to many others.  I'm chuffed at this news.

It's also a little sad, as the team at UHW Cardiff have been amazing and helped me through this transplant journey, and for that I am very, very grateful.
